Protein PACKED Pancakes!

High protein, low-fat, low-fiber and SO GOOD for your post workout meal! I love having these after my leg days! I find that I am hungrier those days so this is an awesome way to fuel up those depleted muscles and glycogen stores!

Ingredients

  • 57g Pancake Mix (Krustez) - I got mine from Costco!
  • 46g Egg Whites
  • 25g PB Fit
  • 25g Breakfast Log Cabin-Sugar Free Syrup!

Instructions

  1. Mix pancake mix and egg whites together
  2. Cook in a waffle maker
  3. Mix up the PB Fit with water to desired consistency while the waffles cook
  4. Drizzle the PB Fit mixture and syrup on top of the waffles
  5. DIG IN!
