I’ve been dying to try out this protein donut recipe using my new Slap Protein,  Cinnamon Streusel Donut since I got it! This protein does NOT disappoint – it actually tastes like I’m drinking a donut! I use it every morning in my pre-workout meal, and throughout the day!

I hope you guys enjoy these protein donuts as much as me and my kiddos do!

Cinnamon Streusel Protein Donuts

• 2 tbsp Coconut Flour

• 1 ½ scoops Cinnamon Streusel Donut Whey Protein Isolate

• ½ tsp Baking Powder

• 2 servings Egg Whites (room temp)

• 14g Coconut Oil

Baking Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°.

Mix together the flour, protein powder, and baking powder together well.

Add in the egg whites and coconut oil and mix until smooth. (Add a bit of water until you reach your desired consistency).

Spoon the batter into a zip-lock bag, and cut the corner. Pipe the batter into the donut pan!

Bake for 8 minutes.
