I’ve created my Spotify playlist for you guys because I know how important it is to have AWESOME music during a workout. I drifted from my usual playlist for a bit and noticed my lifts weren’t as intense as they used to be. When I came back to THIS playlist it got me all SORTS of fired up and I am loving it.
