• W E E K 7 •

Just like that week 7 is DONE. This bulk has been pretty fun so far, you guys! I’m almost done with MB2, and I’ve been bad about taking progress pictures (for the first time ever – you all know I’m a big progress picture taker)! I took some at the start of MB2 so hopefully we see some changes comparing start to finish! Once I’m done with MB2, I’ll be hopping on over to the MB1 program, where I’ll be lifting HEAVY and it’ll be AWESOME. 🙂

CARBS: 333g – Same as last week, going on week TWO at 333g and it has been AWESOME!

PRE / POST WORKOUT CARBS: 69g PER pre / post-workout meal

BLOATING?: Nope! Only when I eat protein ice-cream ha ha!

MOOD: Focused and motivated as ever. This week I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in a long time. Sharp pains are gone.. I’d say I’m about 90% back to normal. Sometimes in the morning I feel a pain in my side or chest, but it goes away pretty quick. With that being said – it makes my mood a whole lot better 🙂 I’m excited to be getting back into the full swing of things!

WORKOUTS: Week 11/12 of MB2. Overall the workouts have been going well. The only thing that is frustrating me right now is my strength. Its not where it used to be, but today I actually felt pretty strong during my workout. Some days my balance is horrible, and some lifts feel weak – and some days they feel great! STILL no cardio this week. I think I am going to introduce some steady state back in next week (LAST week of MB2)!

I hope this Bulking Series can help inspire at least one person who may be reading this. I really want to help show to women, that we can gain size and muscle, and still be beautiful. There is no ‘set size’, or ‘one look’ for a women, that defines the word beauty. Everyone and every body is different, and beautiful no matter if you’re bulked, or shredded. So if your goal is to bulk for a few months and gain some muscle size, or if your goal is to cut and get shredded, JUST DO IT. You do you, girl.
