Week 3 into my bulking series, and I am loving it! I hope you guys are enjoying it too! Let me know if you have any questions, or certain things to talk about! 🙂

CARBS: 314g (same as weeks 1 & 2) I’ve been feeling SUPER hungry this week, which is awesome… means my metabolism is firing up! Can’t wait for the next increase!
PRE / POST WORKOUT CARBS: 65g PER pre / post-workout meal (same as weeks 1 & 2)
BLOATING?: A little bit this week, but nothing crazy!
MOOD: MOTIVATED. Seeing the weights increase on the bar is making me want more and more. I’m excited about the Bulk this week, and luckily those negative thoughts that happened last week, they didn’t show their face this week! 🙌🏻 Happy about that!
WORKOUTS: Phase 2 MB2 (Jessie’s Girls Muscle Building 2) – lifting heavy WITH reverse pyramids (same as Week 1 and 2). Still grinding with the workouts, increasing my weights in almost everything. I hit 42.5 x 6 on DB Shoulder press this week (can I get a WOOP WOOP?) Excited about that if you can’t tell. 🙂 I’m still feeling fueled and strong. Still motivated!! Wednesday I had to take my rest day (usually it is on Thursday), my body just felt achy and sore. No biggie though, I did some yoga, foam rolled and stretched!
MENTAL STATE: Mental state this week has been pretty good! Feeling clear and focused. Negative thoughts are gone, and only looking forward from here. Excited for what is to come!
**Keep your eye out for WEEK 5, there’s going to be a change-up with workouts, and a carb increase!**

I took a look back this week to where I was in January of this year, to now, and it makes me even MORE excited for what is to come with this bulk! Since January I have only eaten AT or UNDER my maintenance macros, so it really pumps me up that I’m going to be eating OVER my maintenance macros this fall! I can’t wait to see the ‘Jan 2017- Jan 2018’ picture next year!

I hope this Bulking Series can help inspire at least one person who may be reading this. I really want to help show to women, that we can gain size and muscle, and still be beautiful. There is no ‘set size’, or ‘one look’ for a women, that defines the word beauty. Everyone and every body is different, and beautiful no matter if you’re bulked, or shredded. So if your goal is to bulk for a few months and gain some muscle size, or if your goal is to cut and get shredded, JUST DO IT. You do you, girl.
