Having Trouble Falling Asleep?

A few months ago I noticed that it was taking me FOREVER to fall asleep. I would try turning my phone and TV off, reading before bed (because it makes me so sleepy usually), and going to bed at a decent hour – but no matter what I tried, I would just lay in bed with my mind racing. Not exactly sure why, but I could not fall asleep!

If you have been following me on Instagram, you all know I love Slap Nutrition and all of their supplements. I heard about their Magnesium Supplement a while ago, but never thought I needed it. However, once I couldn’t fall asleep or STAY asleep at night, I decided it was time to try their “Relax, Bro” magnesium powder!

It can help you calm your mind, stay asleep, help with headaches and anxiety. It will even help you POOP! Yep, I said it. It helps keep you regular! Sounded like a win-win to me!

I started taking it every night before bed, and in the first week I noticed a difference! I was falling asleep faster, staying asleep, and waking up with more energy. I haven’t stopped taking it ever since. It is a GAME CHANGER for me.

(I’ve even taken a scoop before big social events, and it has helped me calm down and kick my anxiety to the curb!)
